 1/2 day Birth Preparation Workshop for couples

Every labour is different so your labour will be uniquely and incredibly special to you.  The aim of this session is to offer you and your partner the chance to have some dedicated space to prepare for your baby’s birth together and learn techniques that can help you have the most positive and pro-active birth experience possible.

We will explore ways in which your partner can support you during your labour, both practically and emotionally, including birth positions, acupressure, massage, visualisations and breathing.   I hope you will both leave the session feeling better prepared, informed, inspired and with some practical tools to help during the birth of your child.

Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel your booking, as long as it is two weeks or more before the day of the workshop, I am happy to offer you a full refund.
If you cancel in the last two weeks before the day of the workshop, you will receive a 50% refund.

I ocassionally run special workshops. If you may be interested in attending one, or at least in finding out when they are running, send me an email and let me know so that I can contact you when the next one is coming up.
