Please complete a Student Form before attending a class with me.

How to book your class

If you know what you’d like to book, great – go ahead and choose from the options above where you can choose your class and date, single class or a Class Pass. 

If you already have a Class Pass and would like to book onto a class, you need to email or text me with the name and date of the class. My reply will confirm your place. If you want to come to the same class every week, great, just let me know and I will expect you in that class each week. If you can’t come any time, just let me know, so that you don’t get charged for your class.

If you’re not quite sure how this all works, please pop to the bottom of the page where there is a longer explanation of how classes are running at the moment and how payment and booking works.

Gift VOUCHER

If you would like to buy a loved one a Gift Certificate, to spend on my classes, just email me and let me know how much you would like to spend. 

Alternatively, pick something you think they would really like and purchase a Gift Voucher for it – like a Restorative Yoga class (or a series of them), a Mini-Relaxation retreat or a Class Pass which they can use at their leisure.

A little help with your booking

Don’t know which class you want? Check out the Classes page, where you will also find the my timetable.

When you select your class, you will be asked which class you’d like and the date and, if it’s a Zoom class, you can select to attend live or receive the recording. 

…attending a single Live or Recorded Zoom classthe payment button will prompt you to select whether you want live-stream (i.e. to attend real time) or to receive the recording. You’ll receive the zoom link the day before class, or the recording just after if that’s what you choose. Nice – you’re all booked on.  Please note – if at the last minute you can’t attend a zoom class, you can easily contact me to receive the class recording, or if you prefer, cancel your place.

 

...attending an In-person class (these classes are NOT live-streamed or recorded) – you’ll receive an email about being Covid-secure at the venue we will be using before coming to the class.  Nice – you’re all booked on. (Note: these classes are often busy and can get full – I will contact you if your class is full to offer you a waiting list place) 

Buying a Class Pass? The payment button will prompt you to select the class you want to come to for the first day of the pass and which date. Remember you can use your Class Pass for a range of different classes. You’ll receive an email soon after purchase clearly explaining how to book onto subsequent classes. 

Are you new to Bright Blue Yoga classes? Please do make sure you’ve filled in the New Student form (link at top of this page).

Physical exercise, in all its forms and with or without the use of equipment such as blocks, straps or any other equipment suggested by Bright Blue Yoga, can be a strenuous physical activity.  Accordingly you are urged and advised to seek the advice of a physician before beginning any physical exercise regimen, routine, program or using any suggested equipment shown in any of the Bright Blue Yoga video clips. Bright Blue Yoga is not a medical organisation and instructors cannot give you medical advice or a diagnosis.  All suggestions and comments relating to the use of equipment, poses, moves and instruction are not required to be performed by you and are carried out at your election while attending online classes.  Nothing contained in the live streaming classes should be construed as any form of such medical advice or diagnosis.

By using this live streaming service you represent that you understand that physical exercise can involve strenuous physical movement and that such activity carries the risk of injury whether physical or mental. You understand that it is your responsibility to judge your physical and mental capabilities for such activities.  It is your responsibility to ensure that by participating in classes with Bright Blue Yoga, you will not exceed your limits while performoing such activity, and you will select the appropriate level of activity for your skills and abilities, as well as for any mental or physical conditions and/or limitations you have. You understand that from time to time the instructor may suggest physical adjustments or the use of equipment and it is your sole responsibility to determine if any such suggested adjustment or equipment is appropriate for your level of ability and physical and mental condition.  You expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time for injury of any kind against Bright Blue Yoga, or any person or entity involved with Bright Blue Yoga.
