I know you know how to breath, but do you know how to breathe well, in a way which supports your whole body to function at its best?

My 4 week online courses (30 minutes a week) are for you if you’d like to optimize your health, sleep better, alleviate tensions and anxiety and improve any health condition you have. 

I am not promising miracles but I do know that learning these simple techniques have had life changing consequences for many.

You don’t have to attend live (but I like it if you can!) and everyone receives the recording after the class.

In my introductory 4 week course you will learn:

Why nasal breathing is so important and effective ways to clear your nostrils so that you can more easily breathe through your nose

What coherent breathing is, why it is so good for you, and how to practice it in a few different ways

Techniques for releasing tension in the ‘6 bridges’ of the body (face, tongue and throat, hands, diaphragm and intercostals, pelvic floor and feet.

how it works

You need to sign up to the four week course and ideally try as hard as you can to attend live to the online sessions which are Mondays 8:30-9pm. You will receive the recording of the session, and if you can’t make the session, you can request the recording instead.

Each week you will be set a little home practice and encouraged to read an article or watch a short video.

At the end of the four weeks, you will be eligible to sign up for any of my breath workshops for specific health conditions, which will be announced later in the Summer.
