From mid May - a hybrid timetable
From Monday 17th May, my timetable will change to allow some classes to move back to in-person.
There will be both online and in-person Pregnancy classes each week, and an in-person Postnatal Mother & Baby Yoga class.
There will also be two brand new online classes on Mondays: Core Restore & Pelvic Floor and Happy Breathing.
Beginners Gentle Yoga at 9:30am on Mondays and Move, Relax, Restore at 6pm on Wednesdays will both remain online. Wednesday’s 9:30am Slow Flow Yoga and Thursday’s Days End Yoga will move back to in-person. For the moment, Energise, Restorative and Deep Stretch (Yin) Yoga will remain on-line.

I run a range of classes each week. I also have some classes which run every month or a few times a year. All are Open to All Levels apart from Days End Yoga which requires a little yoga experience before coming along.

Weekly – Thursdays (In-Person)
This evening class starts with a strong flowing practice (yang) and finishes slow, stretchy and meditative (yin) as we head towards bedtime.
Some experience useful
Deep STretch (yin)
Every 3 weeks – Fridays (Zoom)
A slow, floor-based yin-style class, typically holding poses for 3-6 minutes to appropriately stress and strengthen your body.
Next classes: 21/5, 11/6, 2/7, 23/7, 3/9, 24/9
Every 2 months – Saturdays (Zoom and In-Person)
Get out of bed and onto your mat for an inspirational morning movement class to feel amazing from head to toe. (Book separately or as part of the Bookend your Weekend Special)
Next classes: 15/5, 26/6, 11/9, 23/10, 20/11
Some experience preferred
Weekly – Mondays (Zoom)
Learn how and what to practice through experiencing it! Find out what your bodymind needs. We move the body through a range of practices, dynamic and still, and finish with a guided relaxation.
Every 2 months – Sundays (Zoom)
Shift gears from ‘doing’ to ‘being’. A restorative yoga class with lots of floor-based, long held restful poses and guided relaxation. (Book separately or as part of the Bookend your Weekend Special)

Weekly – Wednesdays (In-Person)
In this class we flow slowly from pose to pose, helping you find your own comfortable alignment whilst building strength and flexibility.
Move, relax, restore
Weekly – Wednesdays (Zoom)
A midweek de-stress – to reboot and recharge your entire system. A grounding movement practice leads to restorative poses and a long relaxation.
core Restore & pelvic floor
Weekly – Mondays (Zoom)
A carefully tailored class which which you will learn to work effectively with your pelvic floor and core to regain strength and confidence. Especially (but by no means exclusively) suited to postnatal women.
