Have you often wanted to get your day off to a better start but can’t quite figure out how? Or you know what you want to do but you need a helping hand to motivate and inspire you?

This course will help you start your day with a beautiful bang! All you have to do is find 30 minutes at the start of at least one day a week and hit play on your device and follow along.  Or join me ONLINE LIVE on Monday mornings 7:15-7:45am. 

There will be 10 weeks of practice, starting on Monday 15th April just after the Spring Equinox. So as the days get longer and warmer, we’ll practice together towards the longest day. The last session will be Monday 24th June (no class on Monday 27th May for half term).

what will the course includE

I want each  of the 10 half hour sessions to follow a clear structure so you know what to expect each week. Here’s what it will look like:

We will always open with an uplifting, awakening whole body warm up, sometimes including body tapping, or breath work, or face massage.

Then you can expect a flow which we will build as we go through the course, so that eventually you will know it so well you’ll be able to do it in your sleep.

In addition, we will always include a specific strength practice – maybe for the back one week, the tummy the next – and a posture to improve balance.

Each week will finish with a short joyful meditation and I will offer you an intention for the week ahead.

how it works

The course starts on Monday 15th April and each class will be recorded on a Monday 7:15-7:45am.  Ideally, you need to sign up to the ten week course before 15th so that you can start that week but quite a few people last time signed up late and played catch up. I never mind late!

The zoom link will be the same each week and I will send you a reminder the day before and also 15 minutes before the class starts.

It may be that you can sometimes or never join live, and that’s fine, you will be sent the link around 8am on a Monday morning.  You will be able to do the class as many times as you like that week.   

If you would like to join part way through the course, you will receive the recordings weekly, starting from Week 1.  This means you won’t join any live classes.

Prices:
The price of the course is £40. If you hold a current Class Pass, you are eligible for a £5 discount – so £35!

And Special Easter Deal – if you book along with a friend, you can both join for £25 each!
